RERNRSSSSRELRSES

We have had many calls lately for packet ‘‘O”
of our Timbrophilets, price 50 cts, which are an
invention of our own we have used almost en-
tirely for over five years, and found superior to
any other for moun ing stanps, either in collec-
tions or in books to selfrom. They consist of
small slips of paper, the upper half gummed on
one side, and the lower half on the other, and
should be pasted on the centr. of the place
where the stamp isto go. Stamps fastened in
this manner can be easily transferred or exam-
ined, or changed for better ones. Those who
have time can make their own;, none but the

_ purest gum and the finest foreign letter paper

should be used. We will send half a packet or
500 for 25cents, or samples on receipt of stamp.

We have just received from Europe a splendid
assortment of illuminated Crests, which come in
sheets of 12at 15c. per sheet, or the set of 25
all d'fferent, containing 8 sheets of Colleges, 4
of Ships, 1 Bishops, 2 Dukes, 4 Harls, 3 Lords
1 Artillery, 2 Regiments, 1 Traders, 2 Marugqises,
scounts, in 2ll 300 crests for $3 00.

We have obtained a few used copies of the new
Guatemala stamps, legend in oval, ‘‘Correos de
Guatemela”, arms on shield with sun and rays
above, value below, 10 centavos blue, 20 ro:e ;
also the new stamps of the Sandwich Islands,
head of Kammehameha IV, similar in appearance
to our three cent stamp, value ‘‘Hono Keneta”
or 6 cents green.

We have Dr. Gray’s I.lustrated catalogue of
postage stamps, fifth edition, the best guide
to collectors ever published, full of engravings
bord covers post paid for 5c.

To those croakers who think that the stimp
tra’eis dying out, we would state that th: fe-
ver in this city never was greater than it is this
spring.

LIST OF COIN CATALOGUES.

We find that a great many coin collectors are
anxious to obtain priced catalogues of auctiou
sales as guides to the market value of coins. A
well known collector of this city has furnished
us with a list of his stock which is probably the
largest in the country, with prices at which we
can furnish them post paid. Named Catalogues
will cost about 34 more.

The following order is observed: 1 No. of days
sale, 2 day it commenced, 3 owners name, 4 loca-
tion, 5 auctioneers name or initials, 6 price of

clean catalogues, 7 priced.
